Cyber Police ESWAT Longplay Arcade 60 FPS

Follow me on Twitter @ https:twitter.comAl82_Retro Get Great Retro Scene News @ http:www.vintageisthenewold.com Developed and published by Sega in 1989Following my recent longplay of the the C64 version of ESWAT (https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=mvUZCqAa1Is) and found it somewhat lacking, I wanted to play the original arcade game to refresh both my memory of the game and to put the C64 into context.I played ESWAT in the arcade only once, but I remember that it's the only coin-op that I bothered to buy additional credits for following defeat. For some reason, the game clicked with me and I was curious to see if that was still the case today. The game feels rather like Shinobi, but with less ninja and more guns. The style of gamplay is very similar in that you must run and gun down multiple enemies, as well as move between the top and bottom play-fields.I still think that the decision to have the player progress through the ranks before being promoted to ESWAT is a cool idea. An arcade is no place to present the player with lengthy explanations regarding gameplay elements, so the opening screen showing the rank progression through to earning the ESWAT suit is nicely done. I suppose it's also a deliberate ploy to get punters to spend more money by making them play through three levels before they even get to the good stuff! The ESWAT mech-suit is equipped with a fully automatic chaingun that allows the player to hold down the fire button for sustained fire. Whilst you might think that this gives you an advantage, it's more of a necessity since the number of enemies increases and most of these are armed with guns, attack more often or take multiple hits to kill. The chaingun can be bolstered with one of three different super-weapons that are designed for clearing the screen of enemies when the going gets tough. These weapons don't appear often and must be caught as they fly across the screen, so it's likely that you will lose out if one appears in the midst of a hectic gun battle.Perhaps the biggest challenge in the game is conserving ammunition. Bullets are limited and certain enemies require multiple hits to down, so you need to collect the bullet boxes that occasionally appear on each level. Running out of ammo will limit you to a close-range melee attack, which puts you at greater risk of getting shot by enemies. Running out of ammo is less of an issue as a regular cop as your handgun files a single round, but the ESWAT suit's chaingun fires in a minimum of three-round bursts, so it's extremely easy to run out of ammunition. The in-game graphics are pretty good. The sprites are nicely animated, especially the main police officer who has enough frames is his walking cycle to make it look realistic and not as though he's ice-skating. The ESWAT suit breaks apart and bits fall off as it takes damage, which is a really nice touch. Most importantly, the controls are responsive and the sprite collision is excellent. The C64 version was plagued with hit-box problems that made avoiding bullets impossible, but none that exists here. In fact, the arcade version of ESWAT is arguably easier than the C64 version purely because it works correctly! As with other games released during this period, the game uses an increasing number of digital sound effects and speech samples. The music is also quite catchy, although it still sounds quite poor when compared to some of Capcom and Konami's games from the same era.ESWAT is another solid title from Sega. I don't think it's as memorable as Shinobi or Golden Axe, but it's a fun and challenging title that is definitely worth sinking a few coins in the slow.

Street Smart Completed No Death Hardest Karateka Arcade

Street Smart. US version 2. Hardest Difficulty. Played with MamePlus 0.134, not tool assisted or using cheats or save states. Completed with 1 credit. You can see that this game is harder to complete with the karateka (1 Player). The trick of elbow and low kick doesn't work anymore as it is a slower movement. It only works and not completely, against the first opponent. The rest can be beaten with the reverse kick trick, except the second and fourth enemies. You must chain hits in a corner to beat them easily. This time you can check that this game is on Hardest, as I have been hit several times, and they inflict a lot of damage.

Yie Ar Kung Fu one credit clear

Konami's Yie Ar Kung FU arcade from 1985 one credit clear challenge. Played by sneekyweezel. Yie Ar Kung-Fu (Chinese: 一二功夫; pinyin: yī èr gōngfū; literally: "One Two Kung Fu") features the protagonist Oolong (Chinese: 烏龍; pinyin: Wūlóng, Japanese: ウーロン Ūron; see oolong), controlled by the player. Oolong must fight all the martial arts masters given by the game (11 in the arcade version; five to 13 in the home ports) unarmed to win the title of "Grand Master" and honor the memory of his father. On his side is a variety of punch and kick blows reachable by combining the joystick with one of the buttons (punch or kick). He also has the greatest jumping ability of all the game's fighters, with the exception of "Blues".-don't forget to click the "like" button and subscribe! ツ

game | ✪ Guerrilla War Arcade One coin whole game

✪ Guerrilla War Arcade One coin whole game

Guerrilla War (or Guevara in Japan), arcade version, complete game finished with one coin, on normal difficulty. No TAS or cheats used.Guerrilla War is spiritual sequel to Ikari Warriors. Game is improved in many aspects although the concept stays the same. Controls are the same, you can rotate character in any direction. Visually game is very nice and sound effects are good too. Game can be finished with one coin, yes it requires practice but it can be done (on normal difficulty). Which is harder, Ikari or Guerrilla? Well I think that they are on about the same level.Game consist from five levels with boss on end of each one. Bosses are not hard if you know the tactic. First three levels are not too hard, but the fourth one requires carefully playing and the fifth one is really difficult, although it's the shortest in the game.Tank glitch (watch here 13:06) is very useful for passing fourth level: when you are low on fuel, get out of tank and wait for enemy soldier to highjack it. Kill soldier and enter tank and you'll see that it's full of fuel.Boss fights:03:55 - First one. He is easy to beat when you have tank.07:35 - Second one. He is easy since he cannot touch you (only if you play it on easy or normal, on hard and hardest he can reach you with bombs, then you need another approach).12:17 - Third one also needs tank. Be fast and preserve tank for fourth level (this also works only on easy and normal difficulties). 18:10 - Fourth one.23:05 - And the last one.- UnHuman -

Street Fighter 1987 Arcade Longplay with Ryu

Street Fighter (ストリートファイター) is a 1987 arcade game developed by Capcom. It is the first competitive fighting game produced by the company and the inaugural game in the Street Fighter series. While it did not achieve the same worldwide popularity as its sequel Street Fighter II when it was first released, the original Street Fighter introduced some of the conventions made standard in later games, such as the six button controls and the use of command based special techniques.Follow-Us: www.twitter.comgarchiveHD Subscribe: http:www.youtube.comusergarchivehd?sub_confirmation=1Gameplay by: Velberan www.youtube.comvelberan

Arcade Longplay 211 Super Contra

http:www.longplays.org Played by: Tsunao The second game. Also involves two muscular men (one shirtless) shooting aliens. Front flips are involved, as usual. This game has a weird jump mechanic, what with holding Up to jump higher. This ain't no Valis, yo! I was expecting the big robo spider boss to appear D: (it's just the boss music. :3). Oh well. Playing the game on Difficult (I thought I had the game on Very Difficult. D: Oh well. It is already done.) Weapons can be upgraded by picking up the same powerup twice. It Wasn't seen again until Contra 4. As usual, I get the spread because a kazillion things are going on. Since I suck (and wanted to play on a higher difficulty), I abused teh states of saves or sumthin'. Emp'rer Devil Gava's parts take a lot of punishment. o_o Madness!

game | Arcade Longplay 005 Killer Instinct

Arcade Longplay 005 Killer Instinct

http:www.longplays.net Played by: Ironclaw Aight, this is and has always been my favorite fighting game. I took a moment of my time to get through this game, 2 tries only so not a perfect movie. I would love to have done more combos and stuff, but not easy if you play on a keyboard and have to do those circle moves, so I fail alot... but still managed to do some nice ones. My fav fight was against Sabrewulf as I managed to do a Combo Breaker, which means I can do tripple hits with the "enders", thus managed to do a 45 hit combo. I've done 50 or 52 and can do that whenever I want, but then the other player have to stand still otherwise it could take a while for the situation to be right :). Been playing this game since the release and my first character choice was Orchid, so been playing with her ever since and I can with no problem do all her moves, if I play on a real arcade machine as I'm used to the joystick there. I mostly played in fast mode (a thing you can do between fights to speed up the game to twice or more the original speed) to brag when people looked :). The combos are easy and I don't even have to have my eyes open to do the full ones. Oh well..... nothing special, like I said, I had trouble doing the combos on a keyboard and gave it just a couple of tries. Oh, ye, I got my ass handed to me by Fulgore, lol, that was a great fight. And when playing on arcade and therefore PAYING, I can beat the game in like 8 mins very easily as I've noticed the staff move, where you launch towards the opponent with your staff in vertical postion, the computer almost NEVER blocks them, thus I can do it again and again, with combos as followers of course beating the game easily (works on Eyedoll too and he is the character that LOVES to block all moves). Uhm, another thing... I started out playing hardcore, but then played slow... didn't want this longplay to be too short... so I stretch the lengths of the fights... otherwise I could just go at them kicking their ass and have each fight over very fast... but didn't do it that way so.... Didn't bother to record all the fatalities, humiliations, ultra combos for all the characters as there are already several videos of these on youtube.
