game | Project Arcade Totally Custom MAME Cabinet

Project Arcade Totally Custom MAME Cabinet

I thought I'd share my finished project with everyone. The cabinet is a converted Smash T.V. cab (I made sure all of the components went to a good home of someone restoring his own Smash T.V. cab, so don't bite my head off for this...) This video was made with those in mind who know little to nothing about building this type of cabinet, so I tried to avoid most of the technical jargon involved. Internals: Wells-Gardner k7100 series arcade monitor (I had two, one with horrible burn-in, the other with a bad circuit board. Long story short, I swapped circuit boards, and now I have a perfect picture.) Creative 2.1 sound system, which worked nicely as, along with the very nice speakers, had a little breakout control for the volumebass which I mounted on top of my coin box for easy access. Athlon 64 3500+, 1gb DDR system with a special ASUS A8V-X motherboard allowing me to replace the BIOS screen. Smart Strip to power on computer, marquee, monitor, and speakers at the same time. iPac 2 and ArcadeVGA boards from Ultimarc Mag-Stik Plus joysticks, buttons from Ultimarc Fully functional coin door to complete the authentic experience. Custom marquee designed by me using artwork I created and vectorized myself. Printed at MameMarquees. Software: MameWAH running a custom layout I made myself Background audio is from the Arcade Ambience Project and plays while in the menu. Movies are silent. Preview artwork and movies were made by me. TeamViewer Host running at all times (in the background, and not visible) to allow me to connect to the arcade computer and addremovemanage games remotely. Thanks a ton to: Andy at Ultimarc for his unceasing support, Scott at MameMarquees, and my father for helping me with the woodwork especially, and my wife, for her infinite patience and support of me pursuing a childhood dream. It wouldn't have come together nearly as well without them. Pictures available here: http:forum.arcadecontrols.comindex.php?topic=99816.0

game | Star Wars Custom Arcade Machine

Star Wars Custom Arcade Machine

Custom Star Wars Arcade Machine running Hyperspin. Arcade plays over 3000 arcade and console games. Lights are lit up by 2 Ledwiz lighting controllers and controlled via Ledblinky. An IPAC interfaces the controls with a computer running the Mame emulator. Game names are displayed on the Betabrite Prism. Two Ultimate lightsabers light up when the player hits the player 1 start button. The machine was built from a discarded arcade cabinet which had been previously stripped. I added some overlays and the marquee to keep with the theme but added a 2 player control panel instead of a yoke system. Currently the controls include two 8-way joysticks, 14 player buttons, trackball, 2 spinners, and a lightgun.

My custom arcade cabinet Rainy Days

So, after countless hours of work I have finally finished my 2nd arcade cabinet which I have decided to name "Rainy Days" (after all, it's on rainy days you want to stay inside and play arcade games, right?). :) This is a custom 2-player arcadeMAME cabinet with 7 buttons for each player, an arcade spinner, a 3" arcade trackball and a dedicated 4-way joystick for classic games like Donkey Kong, Frogger etc. The cabinet features a 27" Wells Gardner D9800 arcade monitor and an ArcadeVGA2 graphics card for authentic retro gaming. The complete worklog (with tons of pictures) can be viewed here: http:www.arcadeforum.comforumrainy-days-2-player-upright-arcade-cabinet-t117.html -- Your comments will be appreciated a lot. Nicktoons Racing Arcade Game ! Gameplay, cabinet design, artwork overv...

In 2003 Nicktoons Racing was released as a full sized arcade game, this is a video we shot of a cabinet we had in and serviced! It has an overview of the cabinet design, the artwork, and some gameplay footage of this fun kid's racer. See all our other games at !Joes Classic Video Games is owned and operated by Joe Lyons, our arcade division is known as Lyons Arcade, and our website is at ... stop by to see it sometime! Our showroom and video game store is located at 139 Caldwell St, in beautiful Downtown Rock Hill, SC 29730. We have a huge 100 year old building full of arcade games for sale, classic games, pinball machines, and all kinds of coin operated and home video game accessories for your mancave or game room. We get items from the old penny arcade days all the way through the vintage arcade machines of the 70's, the best arcade games from the 90's, and on up to the modern day classics from the 90's ! Typically the best arcade games sell quickly, so although some of the videos you see here on our website may be of top titles they may have sold almost immediately after the video was finished. We get these old gmaes in typically in pretty rough shape, repair them, then film a video after we're done and upload it here fo rour friends on Youtube. People often wonder if we get free arcade games, not usually, we pay a decent prive even for ones that are broken or need repair. Typically we get 1 or 2 pinball machines in a month, and many more arcade games each month. If you enjoy videos like this, PLEASE subscribe to us above by clicking the button! It will notify you every time we put up a new video, which is usually once or twice a week. You can also stop by our website at to see what we have in currently. Who knows, maybe we have something you're interested in!Thank you for watching!

Tutorial Tablero Tipo Arcade Para Computadora
