Daytona USA review. Classic Game Room reviews DAYTONA USA for Sega Dreamcast released in 2001. Race on eight tracks with four cars (to start) and unlock more cars as you win races and crush the enemy bad guy cars! The Sega Dreamcast version of Sega's classic arcade racer has fabulous graphics and lots of things to do but suffers from overly sensitive controls when played with the Dreamcast controller. Players may want to try a racing wheel when getting into the Dreamcast's Daytona USA. Classic Game Room HD DAYTONA USA for Sega Saturn

Classic Game Room HD reviews DAYTONA USA for the Sega Saturn video game console. DAYTONAAAAAAAAAA, YEAH! This Sega produced arcade driving racing game was released originally in 1994 as a coin-op machine and saw its debut on the Sega Saturn as a launch title in 1995. It is an arcade racing game, not a simulation game like Gran Turismo 5 or Ferrari Challenge. Drive one of one stock car looking cars around several different tracks. Daytona USA may not have much in the way of heavy hitting graphics but it does have awesome, fun gameplay and terrific replay value. The music is insane and reminds CGRHD or BWP (Bitches with Problems) the all girl rap act from the late 80's. Rock out to the music and drive like a maniac in Daytona USA from Sega! This Daytona USA review has gameplay footage from the game showing the racing driving and pop-in with the graphics. Sega later released an enhanced version of Daytona on the Saturn. Metropolis Street Racer review. Shop CGR shirts, hats, mugs & gear! Classic Game Room reviews METROPOLIS STREET RACER for Sega Dreamcast from Bizarre Creations released in 2000. MSR is a hard as nails racing game where drivers earn Kudos instead of just winning races. Sure, winning will help to earn Kudos but so will endlessly drifting and just completing races without hitting anything. Metropolis Street Racer is unforgiving, fun, endless and tons of fun for your Sega Dreamcast. CGR Metropolis Street Racer video review features MSR gameplay from Sega Dreamcast showing Metropolis Street Racer racing game gameplay in HD action. Arcade style driving combined with good graphics on the Dreamcast, cool effects and a challenging career make this one a winner for driving game fans looking for something unique.

game | Arcade Longplay 229 Daytona USA

Arcade Longplay 229 Daytona USA Played By: Uncle Bone Daytona usa is one of the highest grossing arcades of all time, and one of the most respected arcade racing games ever made, but poorly ported on most plataforms. 00:00 Atract mode video of all 3 stages 03:06 Beginner course 07:12 Advanced course 12:01 Expert course i used some of the easter egg music that is played when you use some specific initials on your name on a record, the ones shown are: A.B - After Burner, at the end of the begginer track V.R - Virtua Racing, at the end of the advanced track P.D - Power Drift, at the end of the expert track *there are many others, i picked my 3 favorites for this video. Played using the m2 emulator, version 1.0, the virtual arcade machine is set to the "deluxe cabinet", on normal dificulty, without network support (single machine) i have acess to the actual real hardware, but record offscreen video from a crt monitor would simply suck. the screen output of the emulator "mostly matches" the arcade, but the emulation have some minor bugs in geometry (mostly z fighting in the shadows and tress, also some "lack of zbuffer" usage on some geometry) i tried to be mostly completionist in this video, showed the atract mode (with sound enabled) on all 3 track, and played the tracks in order, aiming to the first place, to show the "game credits" in the end of each race. in each "record" screen, i used one of the avaible easter eggs of classic music from other sega games. Beginner course, signed A.B. (plays After Burner music) Advanced course, signed V.R. (plays Virtua Racing music) Expert course, signed P.D. (plays Power Drift music)

CGR Undertow DAYTONA USA review for PlayStation 3

Daytona USA review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Daytona USA from Sega AM2 and Sega for Playstation 3.Daytona USA was one of the best racing games in the arcade, on the Sega Saturn and the Sega Dreamcast. Now it has been given an HD update and comes to the PS3 with new features as well. The game is the same as before, with all the same modes and tracks. There are additional modes like Survival mode and karaoke mode, but the biggest addition has to be the online racing where up to eight racers can complete. Daytona USA is still a great arcade racing game and shouldn't be missed. This video review features video gameplay footage of Daytona USA for Playstation 3 and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.Check out more reviews from Classic Game Room at: http:www.YouTube.comCGRundertow and http:www.YouTube.comClassicGameRoom.

game | Classic Game Room TEST DRIVE LE MANS review for Sega Dreamcast

Classic Game Room TEST DRIVE LE MANS review for Sega Dreamcast

Test Drive Le Mans review. Shop CGR shirts & hats! Classic Game Room reviews TEST DRIVE: LE MANS for the Sega Dreamcast video game console. The little DC may never get the respect that it deserves, but Sega's last foray into the video game system hardware competition yielded some amazing games. Gamers around the world know the date 9-9-99 because... well, it's a secret. You got to be in the know to get it! SEGA! This is the first Dreamcast game that CGR has reviewed since 2000. Test Drive Le Mans is an auto racing game that was released in November of 2000, right about the same time that the Playstation 2 PS2 was released in North America. This driving game is tons of fun and allows you to race a variety of cars on famous tracks around the world like Suzuka and Bugatti. Is it as good as Forza 2 and Gran Turismo 5? You can race throughout the night in heated competition against 23 other competitors in their souped up high end race cars. This is more of a good arcade racer more than it is a driving simulator, but the handling, graphics and sound are still good. Especially considering that it came out in 2000 even before Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec. The gameplay is rock solid and the footage should show that off. You can play 2-player against a friend in cars from Audi, Nissan, Toyota and more. Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. game | Classic Game Room VIRTUA FIGHTER 3tb for Sega Dreamcast review

Classic Game Room VIRTUA FIGHTER 3tb for Sega Dreamcast review

Virtua Fighter 3tb review. Shop CGR shirts, hats, mugs & gear! Classic Game Room HD reviews VIRTUA FIGHTER 3 for Sega Dreamcast from 1999, also known as 3tb, as in "Team Battle". This is an example of an awesome Dreamcast game that may have gotten better with age. Back in '99 we were all talking about Soulcalibur and DOA2 on the Dreamcast instead of Virtua Fighter 3th.... thirth! This overlooked gem belongs in any Sega fan's arsenal of virtua fighter games because the gameplay is solid, smooth and predictably virtua awesome. It includes a characters not seen in the excellent Virtua Fighter 2 and has improved visuals and backgrounds that are far superior to anything that the Saturn could deliver. Virtua Fighter 3 is sure to please fans of the series, even if the Dreamcast controller is a bit awkward for arcade and fighting games. Pick up this excellent budget Dreamcast game today and kick some virtua ass. This CGR review of Virtua Fighter 3 on Sega Dreamcast has gameplay from Virtua Fighter 3tb on Dreamcast showing Virtua Fighter 3 TB game play in HD action.

game | Daytona USA 2001 Sega Dreamcast All Cars in 60fps

Daytona USA 2001 Sega Dreamcast All Cars in 60fps

Again, just for fun, a demonstration of all available cars in Daytona USA 2001 for the Sega Dreamcast, here being played on DEMUL, the Dreamcast (and so much more) emulator. This game gets a bit of a hard time because of it's controls, and indeed back when I first got it for my Dreamcast I found it too hard to play using a Dreamcast pad. I actually had the Japanese version which didn't allow you to change the sensitivity of your steering in the same way the western version do. Oddly enough, I actually picked up that version of the game from a market seller in Bangkok for only a couple of quid back in 2001 and when I got it home I was amazed to find it worked on my European Dreamcast without any issues. I'd convinced myself it wouldn't work, but as it only cost a couple of quid wasn't too bothered if I'd been sold a coaster.Anyway, I digress. The point I wanted to make is that I've started to develop a bit of a new found appreciation for this game now that I can play it with my Logitech Driving Force GT wheel on my PC using DEMUl. It actually plays pretty well without having to change any of the default sensitivity settings. Well, the normal cars do anyway. I've always wanted to like Daytona USA 2001 more than I actually did back in the day. It's a great looking game and I've always liked the big chunky car models (although not as much as the proper Model 2 ones), the blue skies and the fact it runs at 60fps. I think the designs of the extra cars are cool also and I think the 'normal' ones fit very well with the Daytona aesthetic. Some of the additional bonus cars are a bit out there though. I don't really get what the deal is with the Rule of the 9th and The Javelin and The Unicorn both have such low grip settings to me they both feel practically un-steerable as it's just so easy to start skidding and lose control - even on corners where you haven't even gone near the brakes. I like the Red Cat though, it feels quite similar to the Hornet handling-wise.The Music in the game is quite iffy. The tunes for the standard three Daytona stages are fine, but the new ones vary from sounding bland to just rubbish. It's a real shame they didn't keep the music for the two Championship Circuit Edition tracks from the game of the same name they came from. They were excellent.https:scontent-lhr3-1.xx.fbcdn.nethphotos-xfa1vt34.0-1211739569_10153020405503657_1031250561_n.jpg?oh=3e6e06ff8538f9aac1e522110cbf1694&oe=55AAA1F2

Sonic Sega All Stars Racing Every Grand Prix X360 1080p

Enjoy the video? Remember to like, comment and subscribe!Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie Shadow the Hedgehog, ExpertSonic & Sega All-Stars Racing is a kart racing video game in the Sega Superstars series produced for Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo DS, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X, featuring characters from many Sega franchises. It is published by Sega and developed by Sumo Digital. It was announced on May 28, 2009 and was released in North America on February 23, 2010 and in Europe on February 26, 2010, with the PC version available both from retail and via Steam. A mobile version has been developed by Gameloft. An arcade version of the game is currently being tested in some arcades as of January 2011, was publicly shown at the EAG Expo in London on January 25, 2011, as well as the ETI Asia China Expo in August 2011, and was released for sale in March 2011, according to the manufacturer. The game was released for iOS on June 18, 2011. The Mac OS X version of the game was released on April 4, 2013 by Feral Interactive. The game is a mascot kart racing game, very similar to other games in its genre like Mario Kart, Konami Krazy Racers and Crash Team Racing. Characters race through various race circuits themed on different Sega franchises and collect power-ups to boost their speed or hamper their opponents. The items have a rock-paper-scissors effect, in which certain items can be used to defend against others. Also, on occasions when players get three of one item, they can choose to fireactivate them at the same time. Additional boost can be earned by successfully executing drifts (with longer drifts earning more boost), or performing tricks while in midair. Like Sumo's previous Sega game, Sega Superstars Tennis, each character has a special ability (called an "All-Star Move") unique to them that they may use to their advantage (such as Sonic transforming into Super Sonic and AiAi riding in his monkey ball), which they can obtain if they are running behind in the race. How long each All-Star move lasts depends on the character's current position. Due to network latency issues, All-Star Moves are not featured in online races.00:02:10 - CHAO CUP00:15:30 - GRAFFITI CUP00:28:44 - EGG CUP00:46:01 - HORROR CUP01:02:16 - SAMBA CUP01:19:32 - MONKEY CUP
