The N64 is Nintendo's 64-bit answer to the Atari Jaguar and plays videogame cartridges instead of CDs like the Playstation and Sega Saturn. This video review of Nintendo 64 shows a gray N64 videogame console with a matte grey finish and blue controller. The N64 is the successor to the Super Nintendo SNES game console (and uses the same wires) and the predecessor to the Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii. This CGR review of Nintendo 64 system shows the N64 game system in glorious HD video.

A fan favorite and many viewers' first game system, the Super Nintendo delivered awesome video games with a 16 bit style that differed from its main rival, the Sega Genesis. Smoother visuals and that Nintendo flair for lengthy games packed with months of gameplay made the SNES game console the system to own for fans of Mario games and Zelda. Could you find Super Metroid on the Genesis, Sega CD or 32S? No! (but could you find Cosmic Carnage on the SNES... No!) This Super Nintendo video game console review shows games and the game system up close. Relive the days when competing video game consoles were actually different and played different games. Reminisce about different sound effects, music design and graphics that separated rival Nintendo from Sega. The American Super Nintendo may be built to last and works like a champ but suffers from a case of the uglies. These days many of the best Super Nintendo games can be found on the Nintendo Wii Virtual Console and downloaded for a few bucks. Games like Super Mario Kart on SNES and Super Mario World still hold their value and bring back years of memories for collectors.

The Story Of Atari s 1983 Nintendo Console Featuring Guru Larry

When people talk about 1983 they almost always refer to it as the year of the video game crash. But 1983 also almost became the year that Atari had it all, when they nearly reached an agreement to sell the Famicom in all markets outside of Japan under their own name. This is the story of the Atari Nintendo Entertainment System that almost was.Have a small correction on the video. I accidentally used the NES NY trial run for the full launch date and the 7800 full retail launch date. I meant to use the full launch date for both. The NES full launch only beat the 7800 to market by a few months, which if anything it makes the sales number comparison more jarring in favor of Nintendo. My Other Gaming Docs ► https:goo.glq2RjA9Twitter ► https:twitter.comWrestlesGamingFor More Of Alexis' Art visit: Sakebombchu.tumblr.comSuper Jump Online Gaming News & More ► https:superjump.onlineCheckout Guru Larry's Channel ► https:www.youtube.comuserLarryBundyJrCheckout RumandApple's Channel ► https:www.youtube.comusereverythingisrumNES animation by Michael Lanning http:mrlanning.com (with additional editing by me)Link Word DOC with sources: https:goo.glL9nDSwMusic provided by:Motion Array licensed music

Classic Game Room GAROU MARK OF THE WOLVES for Dreamcast review

Classic Game Room reviews GAROU: MARK OF THE WOLVES for Japanese Sega Dreamcast from SNK. This 1999 fighting game (released in 2001 for the Sega Dreamcast) is the last videogame in the Fatal Fury series from SNK. Garou Mark of the Wolves features solid SNK style fighting game gameplay with a solid roster of characters with a variety of fighting styles. Beautiful backgrounds full of motion and texture highlight the well rendered characters as they pound the snot out of each other in this uber-challenging game. This CGR review of Garou Mark of the Wolves for Sega Dreamcast has Garou Mark of the Wolves gameplay in HD (also available on Xbox 360 in Xbox Live Arcade as Garou MOW) showing Dreamcast Garou: Mark of the Wolves game play in action.

Classic Game Room reviews the GAME BOY GAMECUBE adapter for Nintendo GameCube released in 2003 from Nintendo. It sits beneath the Nintendo GameCube and connects via a high speed port so that you can play original Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance videogames on your GameCube on a big screen television! Hear the audio in stereo clarity that you won't get on the GBA or GameBoy handheld video game consoles. The Game Boy Player works with a software boot disc that is required for the system to work. This CGR video review of the Nintendo Game Boy Player for GameCube shows GameBoy gameplay played through the Game Boy Player (games shown are Mario Kart Super Circuit, F Zero and Super Mario Bros. Deluxe). Unlike the Super Game Boy for SNES, the Game Boy Player will play Game Boy Color and GBA videogame game paks.

game | Classic Game Room NINTENDO DS LITE review

Classic Game Room NINTENDO DS LITE review

Classic Game Room HD reviews the NINTENDO DS LITE handheld video game console! From Nintendo, the DS Lite has brighter screens and weighs less than the previous model but retains the Gameboy Advance slot that was f----n removed in the Nintendo DSi. What!? They removed one of the best features?? Yes, yes the did. And the penalty is that CGR recommends the Nintendo DS Lite because of the MASSIVE library of awesome (and many not-so-awesome) games available on Nintendo DS and Gameboy Advance media. The Nintendo DS (all models) have sole more than 115 million units putting it up there with Playstation 2 PS2 numbers. The PSP isn't the portable Playstation 2, this thing is. The DS had a wide, eclectic array of software titles available for it. Awesome Nintendo exclusives, RPG games, adventure, 2D side scrollers, strategy and puzzle games. It's built like a tank, has excellent battery life and even comes with a sometimes-cool touchscreen. This CGR review of the Nintendo DS Lite has footage of the DS showing what this piece of Nintendo hardware looks like in HD video.

Classic Game Room HD NEO GEO CDZ console review

Classic Game Room HD reviews the rare NEO-GEO CDZ video game console from SNK. The NeoGeo CDZ plays Neo Geo CD games but has much faster loading times, as demonstrated in this video. This is a hardware review showing the Neo-Geo CDZ game system next to the Neo Geo CD game system showing the difference between the units. Neo Geo CDZ was released in 1996 in Japan and is a rarity in the US which jacks up the price tag of an already pricey 1990's game console.
