Speaking of video games, our favorite Nerd will go up against the X-Men video games for the NES and Sega Genesis. The NES games (the Uncanny X-Men and Wolverine) are unfortunately published by LJN, complete with horrible graphics, bad hit detection, unrecognizable enemies, frustrating level designs, and health going away faster than you can say "Welcome to Die!" However, the Sega Genesis (X-Men and X-Men 2: Clone Wars games) are far superior, so the details and flaws on those games are best explained in the episode itself. Also, keep an eye out on how Wolverine's claws evolved from not available to permanently playable. Note: Ever since the episode's release, the X-Men arcade game has since got ported to Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.Visit our website! http:cinemassacre.com James Twitter! https:twitter.comcinemassacre Mike's Twitter! https:twitter.comMike_Matei Our Google+ https:plus.google.com+JamesNintendoNerd Our Tumblr! http:cinemassacreproductions.tumblr.com Our Facebook Fanpage! https:www.facebook.comCinemassacre Our Instagram! http:instagram.comcinemassacre Our Reddit! http:www.reddit.comrTheCinemassacre Our Flattr! https:flattr.comprofilecinemassacreCheck out these other Angry Video Game Nerd classics!AVGN: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=XjUz8IT0CYgAVGN: Top Gun https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=ofM11nPzFo0AVGN: Friday the 13th https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=1raUvGNbZFgAVGN: The Power Glove https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=MYDuy7wM8GkAVGN: Bible Games https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=LkNvQYiM6bwAVGN: Ghostbusters https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=TLVGmvmNitgAVGN: NES Accessories https:www.youtube.comwatch?v=9kBMscW_dVg

Classic Game Room HD X MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE review

Watch in High Definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews X-MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE! Hack and slash enemies into bite sized chunks in this non-stop action packed gorefest of mayhem. XMEN WOLVERINE ORIGINS is an awesome acrade style action game with a storyline console feel, it is available on Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii and PC. This CGRHD review of XMEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE has gameplay footage from X-MEN ORIGINS WOLVERINE recorded from Xbox 360, but the PS3 version should look very similar. Earn achievement points (and trophies) in X-Men Origins Wolverine as you play through the game, level Wolverine up with more health and skills and waste bad guys in a variety of bloody ways. While game play can be a bit choppy at times and the music and sounds aren't the best out there, the easy to use control system combined with excellent, nontop action make Wolverine a very FUN game. FUN FUN FUN. Adamantium claws are excellent for stabbing, slashing, grappling and all kinds of good stuff. Published by Activision. Classic Game Room HD reviews Xbox 360 and PS3 video games like XMEN Origins Wolverine as an Xbox 360 and PS3 reviewer reviewing new and classic releases.

game | Classic Game Room HD SMASH TV for Xbox 360 review

Classic Game Room HD SMASH TV for Xbox 360 review

Classic Game Room HD reviews SMASH TV for Xbox Live Arcade on Xbox 360. This SMASH TV review features HD gameplay from Smash TV, the iconic arcade hit from Williams featuring a demented Running Man style tv where you must survive by destroying waves of enemies, robots, tanks and goons! One of the creators of Smash TV is Eugene Jarvis, hero of CGRHD for his creation of Robotron 2084 and Defender. Using Robotron-style dual joystick controls you move with the left analog thumbstick on the 360 controller and fire with the right. Gameplay is frantic and out of control with more enemies than you can possibly destroy with your pea shooter gun. Weapon power ups, shields and extra lives are a must in this quarter munching arcade machine which was released in 1990. This XBLA version of Smash TV looks just like the arcade machine. Players can play a co-op game with a friend over Xbox Live Arcade and machine gun enemies together. You have unlimited continues when playing the XBLA Xbox 360 version of Smash TV. This is a must have, very affordable and really fun. Smash TV is TOTAL CARNAGE!!!!!!!!! Classic Game Room HD reviews XBLA video games as an XBLA reviewer reviewing games like Smash TV for Xbox Live Arcade. Although a sequel to Smash TV was talked about sadly it never came to be made.

Classic Game Room MORTAL KOMBAT GOLD for Dreamcast review

Classic Game Room reviews MORTAL KOMBAT GOLD for Sega Dreamcast from Eurocom and Midway from 1999., based on Mortal Kombat 4 from 1997 in the arcades. This 3D Mortal Kombat entry in the series may appeal to those who really dig Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe but perhaps not those who like the original Mortal Kombat games in 2D. Moves are faster and jumping more responive and effective in this version. Awesome fatalities are easy to pull off with cheat codes for Mortal Kombat Gold on Sega Dreamcast entered at the beginning of the game. Controls work well and MK On DC plays a bit like Virtual Fighter mixed with Mortal Kombat. This CGR review of Mortal Kombat Gold (aka Mortal Kombat 4) has gameplay from Mortal Kombat Gold on Sega Dreamcast showing MK Gold game play and Mortal Kombat fatality moves gameplay in HD.

Obviously, one input controls four characters, doing this in MAME is always fun...In response to the negative comments - Yes, this video isn't supposed to be a skill showcase or anything similar (far from it) - it was one of my first recordings when I was playing with the settings to use Fraps with MAME. It didn't take any effort, I spent 37 minutes (and a few more hours convertinguploading) doing it, I didn't care and still don't care much for it, but for some reason it got a lot of views.********If you want to see a very good one-coin playthrough of this game, check out this (not mine) http:www.youtube.comwatch?v=HVHqusfB71c

Street Fighter Alpha 3 on Dreamcast has silky smooth gameplay, amazing 2D graphics and sound combined with awesome controls (although the DC controller is awful, fighting stick recommended.) Play as your favorite old school characters like Chun-Li, Guile and Blanka or find some less common ones, with a roster of about 30 fighters to choose from there's something for everyone in Street Fighter Alpha 3 for Dreamcast. Classic Game Room SUPER MARIO ALL STARS for Wii review

Classic Game Room reviews the 25th ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION of SUPER MARIO ALL STARS for Nintendo Wii from Nintendo. The Super Mario Bros. 25th anniversary collection was released in 2010 and features four full-size Super Mario Bros. videogames, a wonderful, full color "history of Super Mario Bros." book and soundtrack CD. This Super Mario box set comes with Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. 2 and Super Mario Bros. 3. Note these are not the original 8-bit versions though, Super Mario All Stars was actually released for the SNES Super Nintendo in 1993 with updated 16-bit graphics and sound that may not appeal to die-hard fans of the 80's 8-bit originals. This CGR review of Super Mario Bros. 25th Anniversary Collection Super Mario All Stars for Nintendo Wii has Super Mario All Stars gameplay on Wii showing Super Mario Bros. game play in HD action.
